If you previously submitted a complaint and Federal Student Aid gave you a response you don’t agree with, or you believe is incorrect, follow our procedure for resolving disputes before you contact the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Group. The Ombudsman Group is a neutral, informal, and confidential resource to help resolve disputes about your federal student aid.
